1. Delivery Terms

Slovakia

Orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days of payment (production); courier delivery takes another 2–7 days. We will email you the tracking number.

Czech Republic

Orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days of payment (production); delivery to the Czech Republic takes another 2–7 days. The parcel is carried by a courier service with tracking.

Other EU Countries

We ship to 25 EU countries – all of them except Cyprus and Malta. Production takes 5–10 business days from payment, shipping another 2–7 days depending on the destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard (payment is processed securely via the Stripe payment gateway)
• Apple Pay – fast payment for Apple devices
• Google Pay – fast payment for Android devices

The seller is a VAT payer. Prices are final and include VAT.

Note: We currently do not support cash on delivery or PayPal.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returning the goods:

• Return the goods complete. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, if you assembled them)
• We recommend packing the goods in their original or similar packaging so that they are not damaged in transit
• Include the order number or a copy of the invoice with the shipment so that we can match the return quickly

Return Process:

1. Withdraw using the form on the “Withdrawal from the contract” page, by e-mail to info@gridgarden.eu or by post – an unequivocal statement that you are withdrawing is sufficient
2. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail
3. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after withdrawing
4. Send the parcel to the seller's registered address shown below
5. Within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (up to the cheapest standard delivery), to the original payment method; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you prove that you have sent them back

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer – see the estimate by country and number of parcels in the Terms and Conditions, point 5.5.

4. Claims and Warranty

All products come with a statutory warranty period of 24 months from the date of receipt.

Claim Process:

1. Make your claim by e-mail to info@gridgarden.eu, by phone, or in writing or in person at our registered address, describing the defect
2. If you can, attach photos of the defect – they help us assess it faster
3. We will send you a confirmation of your claim by e-mail straight away. We will remedy the defect free of charge by repair or replacement; if that is not possible, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract

Claims will be processed within the statutory period of 30 days.

5. Damage During Shipping

When receiving the shipment, check the condition of the packaging. In case of visible damage:

• Write a damage report with the courier
• Photograph the shipment before unpacking
• If you can, contact us within 24 hours – it makes the claim with the carrier easier. A later report does not take away your right to make a claim
