The Tutorial in Studio walks you through the tools chapter by chapter. Credit rewards for chapters are still being tested — once we switch them on for everyone, you'll see them in your account. In Studio, credits pay for AI: the AI architect, AI photos, AI planting and chat.

The bed parts list as CSV and PDF is, for everyone — you order the modular system from it. The Excel parts list, irrigation parts list and planting with a plant list come with Plus and Complete at no charge and without credits.
Both packages unlock the same advanced tools: a scaled PDF plan, Excel parts list, DXF and 3D models, planting and irrigation in your own project, and AI planting. They differ only in the number of credits. Current prices and credits are in the table above.
Not for designing by hand — the project saves itself. You need an account for AI photos and to continue on another device. After verifying your email, a new account gets the only sign-up gift in credits.
No. You pay for a package once, with no subscription, and the credits stay on your account until you spend them on AI.
Yes, as long as you haven't used a single credit from the package — we refund the full amount you paid. Once you use even one credit, the right of withdrawal ends. The time limit and procedure are set out in our terms and conditions.
