Prices are final, including VAT or local tax according to the billing country. Prices in a currency other than the euro are converted from euros at our weekly rate, and you pay exactly the amount you see. One-off payments, no subscription. Credits are spent only on AI and on exports for designers.

What is free in Studio?
Designing a whole garden by hand in 2D and 3D, the live price, cart, plan, the building guide as PDF and live in 3D, the bed parts list, planting and irrigation in your project. You pay credits only for AI and for exports for designers: DXF, 3D models (GLB, OBJ, STL), the Excel parts list and ZIP.
Do I pay a subscription?
No. You buy credits once, in the pack that suits you, and nothing renews. A larger pack works out cheaper per credit. Current prices are in the table above.
Do I need to sign up?
Not for designing by hand — the project saves itself. You need an account for AI photos and to continue on another device. After verifying your email, a new account gets the only sign-up gift in credits.
Do credits expire?
No. You pay for credits once, with no subscription, and they stay on your account until you spend them on AI or exports.
Can I withdraw from a credit purchase?
Yes, as long as you haven't used a single credit from that purchase — we refund the full amount you paid. Once you use even one credit from that purchase, the right of withdrawal ends. The time limit and procedure are set out in our terms and conditions.
