The sandbox with a wide seating edge is thought through for children and parents alike. A square frame of solid planks holds the sand in place, and its widened top edge works as a bench — you can sit down, set toys aside, or rest a bucket of water right on the flat rim.

The frame is built from the modular Brick Premium system in 60 mm European larch. The layers join with snap-in connectors, with no sharp metal joints within children's reach. The 60 mm thickness and smoothly finished edges make the structure safe and long-lasting.

Delivered flat-packed (unassembled) — just like our raised beds and all our products. You simply put the individual parts together yourself using snap-in connectors and the included instructions, with no screwing into the wood.

This piece is built from 60 mm thick European larch (Larix decidua), a naturally rot- and weather-resistant wood. Left untreated it lasts 15-25 years outdoors in full sun and rain, with no chemical treatment required.

Do I need tools for assembly?

No power tools needed. The furniture ships flat-packed and assembles from modular larch blocks that stack and lock together with wooden snap-in pegs - just tap them home with a rubber mallet. Most pieces are ready in under an hour.

Almost maintenance-free. Rinse it down occasionally and it keeps its strength for decades. For a warm honey tone, brush on larch or teak oil once a year; leave it untreated and it weathers to an elegant silver-grey. Either way the wood needs no sealing to last.
