Shipping & Returns
1. Delivery Terms
Slovakia
Standard courier delivery within 5-10 business days from order confirmation. We will notify you by email with the tracking number.
Czech Republic
Delivery within 7-14 business days. Shipment is transported by international courier service with tracking.
Other EU Countries
We deliver to all European Union countries. Delivery time and shipping cost are calculated individually based on destination and order weight. Contact us for a quote.
In-store Pickup
In-store pickup is available by prior phone arrangement at:

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard (payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments)
- Apple Pay – fast payment for Apple devices
- Google Pay – fast payment for Android devices
The seller is not a VAT payer. Prices are final.
Note: We currently do not support cash on delivery or PayPal.
3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- The product must not show signs of use or assembly
- Include a copy of the invoice or order number with the shipment
Return Process:
- Contact us by phone (+421 903 416 803) or email to notify us of your intention to return
- Fill out the withdrawal form (we will send it to you)
- Safely pack the product in original or similar packaging
- Send the shipment to the address we provide
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund payment within 14 days to the original payment method
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. Claims and Warranty
All products come with a statutory warranty period of 24 months from the date of receipt.
Claim Process:
- Contact us by phone or email with a description of the defect
- Attach photo documentation of the defect
- After assessment, we will inform you of the next steps
Claims will be processed within the statutory period of 30 days.
5. Damage During Shipping
When receiving the shipment, check the condition of the packaging. In case of visible damage:
- Write a damage report with the courier
- Photograph the shipment before unpacking
- Contact us within 24 hours
