GridGarden Studio MCP — Privacy Policy

The GridGarden Studio MCP server (https://studio.gridgarden.eu/mcp) lets AI assistants price and design modular Brick Premium raised garden beds and freestanding garden walls.

What we receive

Only the design parameters you (via your AI assistant) send to a tool — dimensions in millimetres, layer counts, and shape type. These are not personal data. We also process your network request metadata (IP address) transiently for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and write short operational logs (tool name, timing, status) for reliability.

What we do NOT collect

No account, name, email, or address is required or stored by this MCP server. We do not build user profiles and we do not sell data.

Checkout

If you use the cart tool, we create an anonymous shopping cart on our Shopify store and return a checkout link. No purchase or personal data is collected until you choose to check out on gridgarden.eu, at which point Shopify processes your order under Shopify's privacy policy and our store policies.

Retention

Operational logs are retained for a short period (typically 30 days or less) for debugging and security, then discarded. We retain no design inputs beyond what is needed to answer the immediate request.

Third parties

Pricing, catalog and cart creation use the Shopify Storefront API (Shopify Inc.). No other processors receive your data from this service.

Your controls

Disable or remove the connector in your AI assistant at any time to stop all data flow. For questions or requests, contact info@gridgarden.eu.
