Terms of use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Intellectual property

The Service and all of its components — including its source code, software, algorithms, data models, 3D models, user interface, design, texts and other content — are the exclusive property of the Operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. No part of the Service is sold or transferred to you.

3. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service to design GridGarden products for your own needs. We may revoke the licence only if you breach these terms (section 7). Paid digital content (AI credits, Plus and Complete packages) is governed by the terms and conditions of sale. No other rights are granted.

4. Prohibited use

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, structure or algorithms of the Service;
• copy, reproduce, extract, scrape or store the software, source code, algorithms, logic, catalogue or pricing data of the Service, except as strictly necessary for ordinary use in your browser;
• use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers or scripts) to access the Service or extract data from it beyond ordinary manual use;
• use the Service, or any part of it, to build, train, develop or operate a competing or derivative product, planner, configurator or service;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any technical, security or access-control measures of the Service;
• remove, obscure or alter any proprietary or copyright notices.

5. Prices and outputs

Any bill of materials, quantities and prices shown by the Service are indicative and non-binding. The final price is determined at checkout on gridgarden.eu.

6. Warranties and liability

We provide the free features of the Service as they are and do not guarantee that they will always be error-free and uninterrupted; bills of materials and prices are indicative (section 5). For paid digital content (AI credits, Plus and Complete packages) we are liable under the terms and conditions of sale (article 6.6) and the law – the content must conform to the contract throughout the period it is supplied. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Enforcement and governing law

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access, and we may enforce any breach of the intellectual property and prohibited use provisions by all available legal means, including injunctive relief and damages. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer resident in another member state of the European Union, you do not lose the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any material change in the Service or by e-mail; a change will not worsen the terms of digital content you have already paid for beyond what the terms and conditions of sale allow.
